Hi, we’re Light Medical Ambulance Solutions! We provide event medical solutions to event organisers. Our operations run throughout the country with hubs in the North West and London.
We believe in doing things right. We have gone above and beyond to create a company that works for you. We’ve developed a bespoke portal for our business functions. We work with experts to craft industry appropriate clinical policy. Our teams have access to modern equipment, rapid response vehicles and ambulances.

The booking process begins simply, you make initial contact with us and we'll follow up with you as soon as possible. Our team will talk over your event and complete our digital risk assessment and other requirements. Once we've got all the information we need then we will prepare a medical needs assessment.
Once we've developed the medical needs assessment for your event we will send you the details of the cover for your event. We can then schedule any further discussions, once you're happy with our quote then we move to the final stage.
Once you've approved the quote we'll begin our event planning, completing our event medical plan, further risk assessments, site visits and so on to provide you with a full plan of how we will deliver our medical services for your event.
